No tuition checks can be accepted from anyone other than the person’s (or persons’) name(s) listed below. If you must bring us a check from any other person, this information must be provided on the check.

 

High School Course of Study Options (if applicable)

Before determining which courses will be needed for high school graduation, it is necessary to determine which of the 4 graduation options you desire. Please indicate your choice below:
    1. The standard 24 credit option.
  • 4 cred. in English
  • 3 cred. in math including Algebra I
  • 3 credits in science
  • 1 cred. in American history
  • 1 cred. in World History
  • ½ cred. in American Government
  • ½ cred. in Economics
  • ½ credit in life management
  • 1 credit in physical education (including personal fitness)
  • 1 credits in vocational and/or (performing fine arts)
  • 8½ electives
    2. The three-year,18-credit standard college preparatory graduation option requires:
  • 4 credits in English
  • 3 credits in math (Algebra I +)
  • 3 credits in natural sciences
  • 1 cred. in American History
  • ½ cred. in American government
  • 1 cred. in World History
  • ½ cred. Economics
  • 2 credits in the same foreign language
  • 3 credits in electives
  • 3.0 GPA with no less than a B in any required course
    3. The three-year,18-credit career preparatory graduation option requires:
  • 4 cred. in English
  • 3 cred. in math including Algebra I
  • 3 cred. in natural sciences
  • 1 cred. in American History
  • 1 cred. in World History
  • ½ cred. in Am. Government
  • ½ cred. in Economics
  • 5 consecutive credits in vocational career courses, or
  • 3 credits in vocational career courses plus 2 credits in electives
  • 3.0 GPA with no less than a C in any required course
    4. Four year Special Diploma for students with disabilities:
  • 2 credits in English
  • 2 credits in math
  • 2 credits in science
  • 2 credits in SS
  • ½ credit in life mgt
  • ½ credit in personal fitness
  • 15 credits in electives

Library Location & Times

Here are the library locations, times, and dates where we will be meeting with students this coming year. Please check which location you’d like. Please choose a location where you feel you could be each month at the designated time, and mark your calendars accordingly.
  • 1st Tuesday of each mo. Palatka Senior Visit 4 - 6 p.m.
  • 1st Wednesday of each mo. Regency Branch Library (Jax East) 10 - 12
  • 1st Thursday of each mo. Crescent City Library 10 - 2
  • 2nd Tuesday of each mo. Palatka Public Library 10 - 3
  • 2nd Wednesday of each mo. 103rd St. Branch Library (Jax West) 10 - 12
  • 2nd Thursday of each mo. Hastings Branch Library 10 - 12
